Vision real estate sucks but the new management isn’t much better. This is the type of housing that changes leasing agency every 5 years or less because no one in their right mind would willingly acquire this property. New management is fun and different in that they will run a leaf blower everyday right in the alleyway outside residents’ windows below bottom floor, effectively blowing dust into their rooms just for the sake of doing so. Living on the upper floors with the shittiest of swamp cooler air conditioning isn’t much better. At least they give notice but it will always be less than 8 hours for anything. Paving the roads? All 30 units need to move their cars into city street parking and have fun risking getting towed. Surprise inspections? Well if there are minors/children or pets, have fun leaving them alone with some strange man or woman coming into the apartment because there are not enough time to make arrangements.

I strongly advise against moving to this property. Recently, units 4 and 14 were condemned by the city, and yesterday we were informed that the water supply will be shut off due to the building's maintenance team failing to stay current on utility bills. This raises concerns about the overall maintenance and management of the property. From a personal standpoint, our experience with management has been unsatisfactory. We encountered multiple instances where maintenance staff entered our unit without proper notice, which raised significant privacy concerns. While the management has recently provided advance notice for inspections, it’s clear that privacy is not a priority at this complex. If you choose to move here, get comfortable with people unlocking the front door and coming in the house or the water being randomly shut off at various times of the day. If you value timely maintenance, transparency, and respect for privacy, I would recommend considering other options.

I lived here for two years, the laundry has never worked, the parking lot never got plowed, and cops were at my neighbors door at least once a week. I had to move out when they got new management, they weren't even aware that I lived there and I couldn't pay rent.

I lived here for three years and it was great until this year when they got new management. They raised the rent without improving anything, there's random inspections, and they enter without warning. So glad I found a new place and got out of this dump.
