I lived here for a year. It's the worst apartment I have been to ever. The apartment is colder than outside in winter and hotter than outside in summer. Homeless people are sleeping and partying in the building. Bad smell and too dirty. Management is worth less. They took $1600 as a deposit and never give it back. They just keep procrastinating so you give up. It's been a year since I left the apartment and didn't get my deposit.

Living here was fine. However, management does not respond to getting your security deposit back over TWO months.

I lived here several years ago. Management was very rude and stingy, they rarely fixed any issues we reported and if they did, they would come in with no notice whatsoever. When I finally moved I found the source of my constant itchy bites when I lifted up the corner of my bedsheets to find BED BUGS. I couldn’t take any of my furniture with me after that, I ended up having to discard it all. We would also frequently find homeless people sleeping under the stairs and had to call the police several times. This is a great place to live if you like being devoured by bed bugs and having random men walk into your bedroom while you’re sleeping. Otherwise, you may want to stay as far away as humanly possible.

Management is awful whenever I have a problem they just shun it off. No central air conditioning. There is no security so homeless people can walk around and steal your mail. Would not recommend to anyone. They also didn't return half my deposit. Also the reply that took you a year to get to is bs. 500 dollars in cleaning fees after I left. Nothing was damaged and I know your lying because the receipt you sent me was for 100 dollars worth of cleaning. You just said that so you can keep my money for yourself

I was resident in the apartments.I lived in the apartment for more than a year. I want to list out both the positive and negative things. Positives: Close to trax, downtown, university, grocery stores. Managers are good and i think they can do better. Negatives: No cleanliness No security No one really cares about trespassers Strangers come inside and will sleep under staircases Strangers will come and charge their phones using outlets on the corridors People steal things from your mailboxes and from the property. (Someone stole my credit card from mail box and i got a call from cop after they found my card from the thief and also someone stole my bicycle which was locked in the parking lot. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY). If ever you want to vacate house, they will make you pay full rent instead of pro-rating.
